When you submit a trip inquiry, the website processes the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, package interest and message. This information is used to respond to the inquiry and, where relevant, coordinate requested trip arrangements with Bankvault Mentawai Surf Camp.

The website stores trip inquiries in its database and prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review and send. A WhatsApp link does not send a message silently; the message is delivered only if you choose to send it from WhatsApp.

Google Maps link

The homepage includes a link to the public Google Maps listing for Bankvault Mentawai Surf Camp so visitors can read reviews on Google directly. Mentawai Surf Journey does not retrieve, copy, store, or edit Google review content on this website. When you open the link, your interaction is with Google Maps and is governed by Google's own terms and privacy practices.
