Send your preferred dates, guest count, package interest and relevant questions through the trip enquiry form. We will confirm availability and the written offer, including payment and cancellation terms, before you make a booking payment.
02Is Wi-Fi Available At The Camp?
Connectivity can vary by location and current setup. Please ask us to confirm Wi-Fi availability, coverage areas and any limitations with Bankvault Mentawai Surf Camp for your stay.
03Can You Confirm Room Capacity For Our Group?
Yes. Share your group size and travel dates in the trip enquiry. We will ask the local host to confirm which rooms are available and the maximum capacity for your specific dates before your booking is finalised.
04What Is Included In My Selected Package?
Package inclusions can differ. We will confirm the exact accommodation, meals, transfers, surf-related services, additional costs and payment terms with Bankvault Mentawai Surf Camp in the written booking offer.
05Are Package Prices Per Person Or Per Trip?
The published Basic and All-Inclusive prices are per person per night. Final inclusions, availability, transfer arrangements and total trip costs are confirmed in a written offer before payment.
06When Should I Arrive In Padang?
The general planning guidance is to arrive in Padang at least one day before your confirmed onward departure to the Mentawai Islands. Always reconfirm the latest departure time, check-in point and travel arrangements for your own dates with your booking contact.
